If he gets indicted, he will play the Racist Card in record time!

Just the facts! Thank you for the thoughtful narrative. Now let’s see if anything will happen.

amazing -- it did. And right as we said. NOW what?

nice to read someone who details their thoughts well and just does not throw out an opinion alone.

Don Lemon was part of the planning and rode in the vehicle with the protestors, bragging that they were going to a church.

Once in the church he pretended to be a journalist.

Don Lemon broke the FACE Act and should be perp walked.

Don Lemon didn’t stumble into a news event. He embedded in it, scoped it, entered with it, argued for it, and monetized it. That’s not journalism—that’s participation with a ring light. Federal civil-rights law doesn’t care what you call yourself; it cares what you did. When you help plan an intrusion into religious worship, walk in with the mob, confront clergy, intimidate parishioners, and broadcast it for clicks, you’re no longer a witness. You’re evidence. Cameras don’t confer immunity. They amplify liability. Lemon didn’t expose a crime. He filmed himself inside one.

This internet culture of filming yourself or others doing daring, deadly, dumb actions, or in Lemon’s case, filming a crime is a case of constantly looking for notoriety. Narcissistic personality disorder at its finest. Hopefully, holding this group and Lemon accountable for their actions will prevent others from acting this way.

Thank you. This was excellent.

The first amendment doesn’t protect protest it’s only the right to peacefully assemble!

“He may have broadcasted his own crimes.” Appears so.

Lemon will put together a Go Fund Me for his defense expenses….however, he will likely still be tied up in Court proceedings for years. Karma is often a BITCH!

Even a legal commentator on CNN offered an opinion that the group members wwere in trouble, per the Face Act.

This dude is so yesterday. Why waste your resources. FOCUS on the solution. Bring in the Troops under Marshal Law to restore law and order. Pickup illegals along the way… all fair game.

Time for your move back to 1930 Berlin. Wake up and smell the fascism, no matter who you vote for. What is occurring now is appalling on every sane level.

Candis's avatar

Incredible insult to people that actually lived through 1930's Germany!

Trouble? He's in no trouble, and probably cooking up his next scheme. Why? We have Kash Patel and Pam Bondi, both serial no- nothings, leading the charge against corruption and evil......wait for it...... hahahahahaha (picture Dr. Evil in the laughing scene).

Don Lemon wants nothing more than a highly publicized trial to cement his status as a civil rights icon.

Candis's avatar

This is an opportunity to clearly define civil rights. They have been seriously muddied up by the progressives for a long time. Like toddlers, Progs use them as a way to tantrum themselves into more goodies.

He will suffer absolutely no consequences whatsoever.

You’re welcome. Judge released Lemon without bail. Already the fix is in to expunge his crimes.

Oh, and my name is spelled Eeyore😉

None at all. A judge just threw out any potential charges.
